Energy Clearing Spray
This aromatic blend was created to support the deep work of release and renewal during our October 2025 Soul Sessions Retreat. It is a gentle ally for moments when you feel heavy, unsettled, or weighed down by emotions or energies that are not yours to carry.
In a 60mL (2 ounce) spray bottle add:
8 drops Orange essential oil* (OR 7 drops Tangerine essential oil)*
5 drops Cedarwood essential oil*
3 drops Lavender essential oil*
1 teaspoon witch hazel
Crystal chip of your choice (optional)
Top with water
*Add more drops if you want it stronger

Uplift & Energize Spray
In a 60mL (2 ounce) spray bottle add: 15 drops Citrus Fresh essential oil* (OR 15 drops Tangerine essential oil)* 10 drops Spearmint essential oil* 1/2 teaspoon witch hazel Citrine crystal chip (optional) Top with water *Add more drops if you want it stronger Grounding & Cleansing Spray
In a 60mL (2 ounce) spray bottle add: 12 drops Tea Tree (Melaleuca Alternifolia) essential oil* 12 drops Cedarwood essential oil* 1/2 teaspoon witch hazel Garnet crystal chip (optional) Top with water *Add more drops if you want it stronger Uplifting Spray (grounding + joy)
In a 60mL (2 ounce) spray bottle add: Equal number drops (based on your strength preference) of: Fir essential oil (for grounding) Tangerine essential oil (for joy) Spearmint Essential oil (for sparkling up the energy) 1/2 teaspoon witch hazel Crystal chip of your choice (optional) Top with water |

In a 60mL (2 ounce) spray bottle add: 10-12 drops Rosemary essential oil* 10-12 drops Sage essential oil* 10-12 drops Palo Santo essential oil* *Add more drops if you want it stronger 1/2 teaspoon witch hazel Top with water Peaceful Uplift Roll-On
