Uplifting Spray
In a 60mL (2 ounce) spray bottle add: Equal number drops (based on your strength preference) of: Fir essential oil (for grounding) Tangerine essential oil (for joy) Spearmint Essential oil (for sparkling up the energy) 1/2 teaspoon witch hazel Crystal chip of your choice (optional) Top with water Uplifting & Energizing Spray In a 60mL (2 ounce) spray bottle add: 15 drops Citrus Fresh essential oil* 10 drops Spearmint essential oil* 1/2 teaspoon witch hazel Citrine crystal chip (optional) Top with water *Add more drops if you want it stronger Smudge Spray
In a 60mL (2 ounce) spray bottle add: 10-12 drops Rosemary essential oil* 10-12 drops Sage essential oil* 10-12 drops Palo Santo essential oil* *Add more drops if you want it stronger 1/2 teaspoon witch hazel Top with water |
Grounding & Cleansing Spray
In a 60mL (2 ounce) spray bottle add: 12 drops Tea Tree (Melaleuca Alternifolia) essential oil* 12 drops Cedarwood essential oil* 1/2 teaspoon witch hazel Garnet crystal chip (optional) Top with water *Add more drops if you want it stronger Peaceful Uplift Roll-On
In a 10mL Roller Bottle add: 10 drops Tangerine essential oil* 6 drops Elemi essential oil* 4 drops Cedarwood essential oil* Amethyst or Rose Quartz crystal chip (optional) Top with Fractionated Coconut Oil or V-6 Vegetable Complex *Add more drops if you want it stronger |
